Shipping & Return Policy
- All orders are processed and shipped between 1 and 3 business days. We cannot guarantee any delivery date due to issues out of our control with the postal service. We ship out of Arkansas, US and are not responsible for any late packages due to weather, COVID, peak delivery dates or labor shortage at USPS.
- Damaged/missing packages: we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages after it has been accepted by USPS. We will do our best to help you locate the package. Customers are responsible for contacting their local post office if 14 days have passed since the acceptance date by USPS.
- If a package has been lost by USPS and there is no delivery confirmation after 30 days of original shipping date, we will offer to refund or re-ship your order at no additional cost.
We inspect every item in its entirety prior to packaging and shipping to ensure it is free from damage and issues.
For all other items non cloth diaper related: We will accept item(s) in new and unused condition within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Cloth Diapers, Inserts, Boosters, Cloth Wipes, Wet Bags, Pods and/or anything related to cloth diapering that is made with fabric have exemptions from being returned once worn and/or used.
Returns/Exchanges - We will accept any items in new and unused condition within 7 days from the date of delivery. New and unused meaning free from all smells, stains, has not been washed or prepped, has not been worn and is in its original packaging. Due to hygienic reasons we cannot accept any fabric items unless it is in its original packaging and unused.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items:
- Custom/Personalized products (any item that required a special order or personalization)
- Gift cards
- Washed or used products
- Sale/Clearance items
Items sent back to us that fall beyond our return/exchange policy will not be refunded or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange for items that do not meet our criteria for hygiene and health regulations.We require a note within the returned package that includes your order number, name, email and address. Your refund or exchange will be delayed if we do not have the minimum information required to process the refund. Once we receive your return we will notify you and inspect the item(s). If we accept the item in the condition of return we will then process the refund or exchange. Returns will only be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that it may take your bank/card 5-7 business days to process and post the refund.
To start a return, contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs alone are non refundable. If the return is solely a “change of mind” or an incorrect fit due to a misunderstanding of sizing, we are not responsible for return shipping fees. If you are eligible for a refund for your item(s) due to a defect, the cost of shipping will then also be reimbursed along with your initial refund. If you are eligible for an exchange, the cost of shipping will not be refunded and we will not charge you for the new shipped exchange item(s).
Mango Moon Stitches is not responsible for any packages or items that have been lost, damaged or undelivered during the return/exchange process. We recommend that you purchase insurance for your package and keep note of the tracking number to ensure that it is delivered to us to start your refund/exchange.
A 20% processing fee will be deducted from cancelled and return orders.
